Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

How to return an item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 30 days of the purchase date.

1. Please email contact@pyrodirect.com to request a refund/return/exchange.
2. Mail your returned item to:

Return Exceptions:
Some items CANNOT be returned, unless you received the wrong item or a damaged item.

Restocking Fee:
All items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless you are returning it because of our error.
